Description
While driving the Captain Cook Trail in Newfoundland, you cannot miss these ubiquitous bright orange and green boats. This particular dory was pulled up on the beach of a scenic cove along the trail.
Sam Sheppard and his brother have built many of these wooden Lark Harbour Dories over the past 50 years. The dories are mainly used in the lobster fishery.
