Description
This old organ sits in The Faith Chapel on Jekyll Island Georgia. The chapel opened in 1904. It was an interdenominational chapel for members of the Jekyll Island Club, which at that time was a private club. Its members came from the world's wealthiest families, including the Morgans, the Rockefellers, the Pulitzers and others.
With the Great Depression the club fell on hard times, and World War II was its death knell. Ultimately the state of Georgia took it over and Jekyll Island became a state park.
The image is presented in black and white to represent the vintage of the chapel. I liked the interplay between light and shadow.

it's lovely, Andrew, almost as if you wanted to underline the age and show respect. Beautifully presented.
